By using Lux Web Design services and registering as a client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any terms incorporated by reference. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept them, you may not use Lux Web Design’s services. By placing an order with Lux Web Design, you agree to all our terms, and it is your responsibility to review them. Lux Web Design may update the Terms and Conditions at any time by revising this page. Please check back periodically, as the Terms and Conditions apply to you. All services provided by Lux Web Design, including all text, images, user interface elements, and other content, may be collectively referred to as the "Website" and/or "Service."

You acknowledge and agree that Lux Web Design reserves the right (but is not obligated) to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any project or content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, including, but not limited to, content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or incites hate or violence based on race, religion, or ethnicity. Activities brought to our attention that we deem to be in violation of the law may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You also consent and agree that Lux Web Design may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to comply with legal processes, enforce these Terms and Conditions, respond to claims of rights infringement, address customer service requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Lux Web Design, its users, or the public.

REFUND POLICY

In any situation, deposited funds for a project are not eligible for a refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved or if a change is requested, unless Lux Web Design cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than a breach or non-performance on your part.

Refund requests will be handled according to the following guidelines: You may request a refund before approving or requesting changes to the initial logo design concepts. However, once the initial designs are approved or changes are requested, the refund offer is void and cannot be processed.

• If a refund is requested before the initial design concepts are delivered, you may be eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

• If a request is made within 48 hours after delivery of the initial design concepts, you may qualify for a 66% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

• If the request is made between 48 to 120 hours after the initial design delivery, you may be eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).

• Requests made beyond 120 hours after the initial design delivery will not be considered. Since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, we encourage you to reach out if you have any concerns.

If no action has been taken on your order within 30 days, the project will be considered inactive. To reactivate it, a reactivation fee may apply, depending on the scope of your project. Refunds will not be considered after final files have been delivered. For website packages, refunds will not be available once the development is complete or the site has been launched. For video animation packages, no refunds will be given after the storyboard design phase. All refund requests should be directed to our support team. Lux Web Design reserves the right to decline requests based on your user agreement violation.

For custom packages, the same guidelines apply as with individual packages. If you purchase a logo and web design service and approve the logo, you may request a refund for the website service only at the time of the initial design.

Cancellations must be due to reasons unrelated to the company (e.g., change of mind, unforeseen events, etc.). Refund requests should be based on valid reasons related to the original design brief and customer feedback. If a concept hasn't been designed according to the brief, we offer further revisions instead of a refund. Refunds for multiple design orders made with the same intent will not be honored.

To achieve the best results, your feedback during the design process is important. We aim for customer involvement throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.

When you place an order with Lux Web Design, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our 100% unique design guarantee means that, if a design appears similar to another, it’s purely coincidental. We recommend that clients ensure their designs are copyrighted according to their needs.
